DAC: Explanation for 10 consecutive session ceiling hitting

On 27/08/2008, Viglacera Dong Anh JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from 07/08/2008 to 21/08/2008 as follows:

-   On 14/07/2008 the Board of directors approved the dividend payment for the first 6 months of 2008 by shares at the rate 34% over the charter capital.

-   On 28/07/2008 the company publicized the financial report of the first 6 months of 2008 with the profit before tax was VND 3,836 mil., tenfold increase over 2007.

-  The company’s operation in July and August 2008 is good.

-   In recent time, prices of the listed company shares in Vietnamese securities market are increasing, including DAC share.
