HPC: Explanation for 10 consecutive session ceiling hitting

On 26/08/2008, Haiphong Securities JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from 11/08/2008 to 22/08/2008 as follows:

-   The company deducted the contingency fund in Q.II 2008 operating result, making losses of VND 365,857,438 in Q.II company’s operation. However, with the effort of the Management Board the company gained accumulated profit for the first 6 months of VND 3,137,581,739.

-   The financial market is recovering and the economic - financial enterprise shares are increasing strongly.

-    The company is implementing the Resolution of the Board to issue the reward shares at the rate 4:1 and submitting the document to the SSC.
