DTC: Explanation for 10 consecutive session ceiling hitting

On 26/08/2008, Viglacera Dong Trieu JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from 5/08/2008 to 19/08/2008 as follows:

-   Company’s operation is happening in a normal way.

-   The Board of Directors approved the resolution in which saying about the increase in the charter capital and dividend payment for the first 6 months of 2008 by shares at the rate of 100%.

-    It can be seen that the consecutive ceiling hitting of the company’s share price is due to the supply and demand of the stock market and investors. The company did not do anthing to influence fluctuation of the DTC price.

-    Information disclosure of the company has been carried out under the procedure of the Securities Law and stipulation of SSC and HASTC.
