CII: Not deduct for the financial reserve fund

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has explained about not deducting for the financial reserve fund as follows:

Investment portfolio:

- Securities: 14.46%

- Bonds: 4.33%

- Long-term investment: 81.12%

CII has bought unlisted stocks at the par value or the lower price compared to its market price and it has taken role of a foundation shareholder or a strategic shareholder in these companies. Although CII has bought LGC stock before it had been listed at the par value, the buying price is still lower than the market price. Because of these reasons, CII has not deducted for the financial reserve fund in Q2/08.
