US pre-fab factory opens in Dong Nai

US-based Kirby Company Ltd will open a factory that manufactures pre-engineered buildings and structures next month at Nhon Trach III Industrial Park , Dong Nai province.

The 15 million USD plant has been built to international standards, with an annual capacity of 50,000 tonnes.

The factory will manufacture pre-engineered structures for warehouses, aircraft hangars, factories, trade centres, entertainment centres, offices, exhibition centres and other applications.

The advantage of the fabricated steel structures includes low cost, time-saving construction, low cost maintenance and easy expansion.

Next year the company plans to build a similar plant whose investment capital and annual capacity are estimated at 20 million USD and 100,000 tonnes, respectively.

Kirby is currently preparing for the construction of a hi-tech centre in Vietnam to support its plants. The company has 35,000 steel-related projects worldwide.
