REE CORP. will pay dividend in stock for the year 2007 as follows:
- Name of the listed firm: Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE CORP.)
- Stock symbol: REE
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: August 13th, 2008
- Record date: August 15th, 2008
- Exercise ratio: 40% (5:2)
The one who owns 5 shares at the record date will receive 2 new shares as dividend. The volume will be rounded down. The fraction parts will be bought by the company at the price of VND10,000 per share.
For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 624 shares, the calculation as follows:
+ The number of shares distributed in theory: 624 shares x 40% = 249.6 shares
+ The number of shares in practical: 249 shares

Vietnam Securities Depository - HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for REE on August 14th, 15th & 18th, 2008.
