HDC: Business result in the first 6 months 2008

Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) has informed of business result in the first 6 months 2008:

Plans for the last 6 months 2008:

- Completing the following projects: housing area in Hill 2, Ward 10, Vung Tau city; residential areas in Phu My new urban area, Tan Thanh and Ngoc Tuoc II hill, Vung Tau city…

- Starting working the following projects: Supermarket – apartment block in Phu My new urban area; apartment blocks in Vung Tau city…

- Doing procedures to build the following projects: 4-star hotel and high-class apartments in Vung Tau city; Phuoc Thang urban area in Vung Tau city with area of 125 ha; ecological urban area with area of 193 ha in Vung Tau City.

- It is expected to sell apartments in Phu My new urban area, Tan Thanh and in Ngoc Tuoc II hill, Vung Tau city in Q4/08.
