PAC: Resolution of the Board of Directors
Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: PAC) has announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: Plan of paying dividend in stock (No.2/2007):
Stock type: common stock
Total issue volume: 1,500,000 shares
Par value: VND10,000 /share
Total issue value: 15,000,000,000
Pay-out ratio: 10%/par value
Issue date: in July 2008
Those shares will be issued to the existing shareholders.
Article 2: The dividend for the first time of 2008 will be paid in advance with a payout ratio of 8% (VND800/share).
Article 3: The dividend payment for the 2nd time of 2007 and for the 1st time of 2008 has a same record date.
Article 4: This resolution is valid from June 23rd, 2008.
