VPL : Resolution of the BOD

Vinpearl Tourism and Trading Joint Stock Company (Vinpearl JSC) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

Appoint Mr Dang Thanh Thuy to be a member of the BOD instead of Mr Ho Huu Viet.

Appoint Mr Nguyen Trong Hien, chairman of the BOD and Director General to be the representative of the company from June 21st 2008.

Supplement business: massage services.

Authorize the chairman of the BOD and representative to implement related procedures.
