Hanoi bourse welcomes one more trading member

ARTEX Securities Corporation (ART) has been officially recognised as a trading member of the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre under a decision signed late last week by the director of the centre. This has brought the total number of trading members at the northern bourse to 80.

ART has a chartered capital of VND 135 billion. The company was granted a securities trading licence by the State Securities Commission in March 2008.  The company is allowed to carry out securities self-trading and provide securities brokerage and depository services.

ART started their transaction activities at the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre on June 9, 2008.

ART's headquarters is at 2A Pham Su Manh Street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
