RIC: BOD's Resolution

Royal International Corporation has informed of the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the company’s loan plan:

Purpose of the loan:

To finish Four Points Sheraton Hotel, Casino, and Entertainment Area;

To raise the company’s working capital.

Loan limits:

A long-term loan (for the above three projects): VND100 billion;

A short-term loan (for the working capital): VND50 billion. 

Bank: The Managing Board was authorized to negotiate with banks.        

Article 2: Mr. Do Tri Vy – Director General, was authorized to negotiate with banks, execute loan documents and sign contracts.
