From March 12th, 2008 to June 12th, 2008, Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company repurchased its shares as follows:
Number of treasury stock before trading: 0 shares
Volume registered to buy back: 500,000 shares
Bought volume: 270,000 shares
Number of treasury stock after trading: 270,000 shares
The company did not buy back all of the registered volume because it had to buy materials to meet production requirements.
