Hoa Phat Group to further issue shares

Hoa Phat Group, coded HPG, ratified a plan at an annual shareholders’ meeting to issue an additional 8.26 million shares to its partners as well as another 14 million shares to raise its charter capital.

Following that, Hoa Phat will pay its dividend for last year via cash and shares with a ratio of 10 and 30 percent, respectively.
