DPM: PVFCCo continues to buy back stock

On June 11th, 2008, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo) informed of its buying back stock as follows:

Stock symbol: DPM

Volume registered to buy back: 1,000,000 shares

Bought volume: 600,000 shares

Trading period: from 03/14/2008 to 06/11/2008

Number of treasury stock at present: 600,000 shares

PVFCCo did not buy back all of the registered volume because of fluctuation of the market and unprofitable price of PVFCCo’s stock. Besides, the company used money to import fertilizer.

PVFCCo has registered to continue repurchasing 400,000 shares as follows:

Volume registered to buy back: 400,000 shares

Financial resource: from the retained profit until December 31, 2007.
