HoSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment 2007 as follows:

Ex-right date: June 16th 2008
Record date: June 18th 2008
Purpose: the second dividend payment in stock 2007
Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (5:1)
The additional share issuance for dividend payment will be rounded in unit. The fractional parts (if any) are bought back for treasury stock at the price of par value.
For example: shareholder A who owns 116 shares will receive 116 x 20% = 23.2 shares. After being rounded, he actually receives 23 shares. The fractional parts will be bought back at the price 0.2 x 10,000 = 2,000 dong.
Shareholders who are unable to transfer still receive the right of dividend payment in stock. The additionally-issued shares are not limited to transfer.
