SFC: Personnel change

Saigon Fuel Company (SFC) has informed of personnel change of the BOD and Management Board for the term of 2008-2012 as follows:

1.    The BOD

Appointing Mr Nguyen Tuan Quynh – the representative of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company to be chairman of the BOD.

Appointing Mr Chau Van Chon - the representative of Saigon Petrol Co., Ltd. to be Vice chairman of the BOD.

2.    The Management Board

Appointing Mr Cao Van Phat to be Director General of SFC

Appointing Mr Nguyen Thanh Chanh to be Deputy Director General of SFC

Appointing Ms Nguyen Thi Bich Nga to be Chief Accountant of SFC

Appointing Mr Nguyen Thanh Chanh to be standing Director of Tan Phu Wood processing Co., Ltd. (TFC)

Appointing Mr Le Uy Vu to be standing Vice Director of TFC

Appointing Ms Pham Thi Thu Nga to be Vice Director of TFC

Appointing Ms Nguyen Kim Dung to be Chief Accountant of TFC

3.   Appointing Ms Le Thi Thu Van to be the information disclosure representative of the company instead of Ms Do Thi Loi.
