TMS: Change in the Board of Directors

Transforwarding Warehousing Joint Stock Corporation (TRANSIMEX – SAIGON) has informed about changes in personnel assignment as follows:

Ms. Vo Ngoc Thuy, Standing Deputy CEO, resigned her post on May 4th, 2008.

Ms. Tran Thi Nguyen Hang, CEO, resigned her post on May 7th, 2008.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien – Deputy CEO, has been assigned as CEO from May 7th, 2008. Term of the assignment is one year.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Thien has been the authorized information disclosure staff of TRANSIMEX – SAIGON from May 7th, 2008.
