DXP: Personnel change

Doan Xa Port Joint Stock Company (DOANXA PORT) has informed of personnel change as follows:

Mr Dao Van Then has resigned the positions of Director and member of BOD as of March 25th 2008.

Mr Vu Tuan Duong - vice chairman of BOD and Deputy Director - has been appointed to Director as of March 25th 2008. He is still vice chairman of BOD.
