Cat Loi Joint Stock Company (CLCO) has informed of personnel change as follows:

Change of BOD member:

Mr Bui Tan Hoa, who is the representative of state-owned capital at CLCO, had been appointed to be a member of BOD instead of Mr Nguyen Van Tuy due to his retirement as of March 1st 2008.

Change of Director:

Mr Bui Tan Hoa had been appointed to be Director instead of Mr Nguyen Van Tuy as of March 1st 2008.
