The following information on changes in the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of Binh Minh Plastics Joint-stock Company (BMPLASCO):

Mr. Le Quang Doanh was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors in a five-year term (2008 – 2013).

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ngan was elected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors in a five-year term (2008 – 2013).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nga was elected as Head of the Board of Supervisors in a five-year term (2008 – 2013).
