HAS: Resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting
Hanoi P & T Construction & Installation Joint Stock Company (HACISCO) has informed of resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting which was held on April 29th 2008. The meeting was unanimous the following issues:
-Business result and dividend payment 2007:
Net revenue: VND152.021 billion
Profit after tax: VND13.984 billion
Dividend payable: 15%/year
-Business plan 2008:
Net revenue: VND160 billion
Profit: VND15 billion
Dividend payable: 15%/year
