BTC: Resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting

Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has informed of resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting which was held on May 3rd 2008. The meeting was unanimous the following issues:

Report of the BOD on business result in 2007 and plan for 2008

Report of Management Board including profit after tax 2008 which gained VND636,967,800.

Report of the Supervisory Board on audited financial statement 2007

Approval for no dividend payment 2007 and using profit 2007 in compensation for losses of accumulation.

Approval for no change of members of the BOD and Supervisory Board 2008.

Authorizing the BOD to select an auditing firm 2008.
