NTL: Explanation for business result in Q1/08

Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LIDECO) has explained of business result in Q1/08 as follows:

+ Profit before tax in Q4/07: VND163,048,169,303

+ Profit in Q1/08: VND470,221,643

Profit in Q1/08 decreased VND162,577,947,660 or 99.71% compared to that in Q4/07

Reasons: construction in Q1 transferred from Q4/07. This was also the stage of preparation for investment procedures.
