Owning volume after trading: 4,972,430 shares (33.15%)

Trading purpose: to invest in projects.

Trading period: from 12/24/2007 to 02/29/2008

Affiliated person: Mr. Nguyen Duc Dan

Position of Mr. Dan in the listed firm: Member of BOD.

SUDICO could not sell all of 500,000 shares because of the unstable stock market.
