SC5: explanation for plunging at the floor price
Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 (SC5) had the explanation for plunging at the floor price in 5 consecutive trading sessions as follows:
In 2007, the company gained VND916.617 billion, increasing 73.58% and profit after tax was VND61.5 billion, increasing 326.83% in comparison with 2006.
On March 1st 2008, it started working the project of My Long apartment building at Hiep Binh Chanh Ward, Thu Duc Dist.
At the beginning of 2008, it has won 3 big contracts:
+The project of setting up water system with capacity of 300,000m3/day is worth VND65,880,046,909. The investment owner is Saigon Water Supply Company (Sawaco).
+The project of processing solid wastes is worth VND36,701,000,000.
+The project of relocating Saigon Tobacco Company is worth VND91,703,526,027.
