Northern bourse welcomes three more trading members

The Hanoi Securities Trading Centre on February 1 announced it has signed a decision to grant the trading member status to Saigon-Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS).

SHS has become the 67th trading member of the HASTC.

SHS, headquartered in Thai Ha street, Hanoi, has a charter capital of VND 350 billion. The company is allowed to carry out such securities services as brokerage, investment and consultancy, depository underwriting and self-trading.

SHS will officially carry out transactions on the HASTC from February 15.

Earlier, on January 30, Vincom Securities Joint Stock Company (VSC) and Wall Street Securities Company (WSS), all headquartered in Hanoi, were also approved to carry out transactions on the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre.
