DPC: Resolution of BOD

Da Nang Plastic Joint Stock Company (DANAPLAST) has informed of resolution of BOD as follows:

Article 1: Pass the following issues

List 650,000 shares to strategic shareholders

Issue 962,720 shares to existing shareholders and employees

Plan of using capital and listing shares on HOSE.

Article 2:

BOD was unanimous to take opinions of shareholders about issuing shares to strategic shareholders and raising chartered capital to VND32 billion.
