Gold Bridge takes stake in local broker

The State Securities Commission has allowed Click and Phone Securities Co to sell 6.6 million shares to the Republic of Korea ’s Golden Bridge Securities, equal to 49 per cent of its chartered capital.

The share sale will help Click and Phone Securities to increase its chartered capital to VND 135 billion (8.4 million USD) from VND 30 billion (1.9 million USD).
