BT6: The record date for dividend payment in stock
HoSE announces the record date for dividend payment in stock as follows:
Name of the listed firm: 620 - Chau Thoi Concrete Corporation (620CCC)
Stock symbol: BT6
Stock type: Common stock
Par value: VND10,000
Ex-right date: October 19th 2007
Record date: October 23rd 2007
Issuing volume: 1,000,000 shares
Pay-out ratio: 10%/par value (a shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares). In case, remainders which are caused by diving share numbers by 10 will be paid in cash at the price of VND10,000/shares.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 6,416 shares will be calculated as follows:
Rewarded volume: 6,416 shares x 10% = 641.6 shares
Actual recieved volume: 640 shares
The remainding shares bought back: VND10,000 x 1.6 shares = VND16,000
The right of receiving dividend is not transferable
The shares received from dividend payment are transferable
Estimated trading date and the date of paying for the remaining shares: November 20th 2007.
Place to receive bonus shares and money from the remaining shares:
Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited
Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at 620CCC, 3 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ward 6, Binh Thanh Dist., HCMC.
Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for BT6 on October 22nd, 23rd & 24th 2007.
