ALTA finished the second issuance

ALTA – The ALTA Company (ALTA) completed the issuance of 2,465,095 shares. Actually, the company offered 2,460,710 shares (99.84%) to the public. Total funds from the issuance is VND169,854,445,000 and the profit after expenses is VND144.8.

ALTA has more major shareholders through this issuance such as the Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), the ACB Securities Company Ltd. (ACBS), the Song Viet Joint Stock Company (SONGVIET JSC), the Fullerton Vietnam Fund and the T.I.E Joint Stock Company.

The BOD of ALTA will fulfill necessary documents for the next issuance of bonus stock (Exercise ratio: 4:1) and submit them to the State Securities Commission. After the bonus issuance, its capital will be raised from VND39,951,250,000 up toVND50,000,000,000.
