- 19 December 2000: A former of company, Viet Nhat Manufacturing  -Trading - Import Export Ltd Company, was established.

- May 2001: started builing a factory.

- 2002: started producing to export products raw octopus.

- 2007: expanded to produce other seaproducts such as swimming crabs, shrimps, clams and fishes and switched to produce processed products.

- May 2007: Changed to joint stock company with charter capital of VND25 billion. Renamed as Vietnhat Seafood Corporation (Visea Corp).

- April 2008: Raised charter capital to VND80.23 billion.

- 08 April 2010: Listed on HOSE.

- 23 March 2017: Delisted from HOSE.

- 31 March 2017: Traded on UPCOM market.
