- 13 July 2010: Vinh Long Public Works One-Member Limited Company was established with a charter capital of VND16,599,693,917 under the Decision No.1645/QD-UBND issued by Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee;

- 20 May 2016: Initial Public Offer (IPO) was launched;

- 01 October 2016: Put into operation unde the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND33,862,220,000 under the business registration certificate No.1500169888 amended for the secodn time by Vinh Long Department of Planning and Investment;

- 02 November 2016: Became a public company under the Document No. 7294/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 18 July /2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
