- 2000: Yen Ha Joint Venture Company was established on the basis of joint venture between Building Glass and Ceramics Corporation (Viglacera) and Yen Bai Mineral Company under Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee;

- November 2000: Construction of Crushing Plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year was commenced;

- May 2002: Crushing Plant came into operation;

- 29 June 2006: Viglacera Yen Ha Company was established with a charter capital of VND12.5 billion through restructuring Yen Ha Joint Venture Company under the Decision No.233/TCT-HDQT issued by Viglacera Corporation;

- 01 January 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a name as Viglacera Mineral Joint Stock Company;

- 28 August 2008: Became a public company;

- 24 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
