- 22 September 2014: Nhan Co-Vinacomin Construction - Environment Company under Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group was established under the Decision No.2077/QD-TKV issued by Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group;

- 28 September 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an offered quantity of 3,018,900 shares and average winning bid of VND12,259 per share;

- 25 November 2015: Shareholder meeting was held successfully to establish Vinacomin - Construction Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 02 December 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND50 billion;
