- January 25, 1973: Formerly known as Hai Hung Precast Concrete Enterprise was established under the Decision No.23 QD/UB issued by Hai Hung Provincial People's Committee;

- December 1984: Renamed as Hai Hung Precast Concrete Factory;

- September 18, 1992: Renamed as Hai Hung Concrete Factory under teh Decision No.736 QD/UB issued by Hai Hung Provincial People's Committee;

- March 12, 1996: Renamed as Hai Hung Concrete and Construction Company under the Decision No.616/ QD/UB  issued by Hai Hung Provincial People's Committee;

- October 23, 1996: Accepted as a member of Vietnam Construction And Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex) and renamed as Construction and Building Materials Production Company No.11 under the Decision No.925/BXD-TCLD issued by Minister of Construction;

- 2003: Equitized and transformed into Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company No11 with a charter capital of VND5.1 billion;

- 2004: Increased the charter capital to VND10 billion;

- 2006: Increased the charter capital to VND15 billion;

- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND50 billion;

- 2008: Listed and traded on Hanoi Securities Trading Center;
