- 06 October 1960: Geological Survey Institute under Ministry of Architecture (Now Ministry of Construction) was established under the Decision No.746/BKT issued by Ministry of Architecture;

- 14 April 1964: Renamed as Survey Measurement Institute under Ministry of Architecture (Now Ministry of Construction) under the Decision No. 415/BKT issued by Ministry of Architecture;

- 30 May 1975: Renamed as Survey Measurement Company under Ministry of Construction under the the Decision No.292/BXD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- August 1976: Splited into Building Materials Surveying Company, and Building Materials Surveying Company, and Survey Measurement Company;

- 07 July 1978: Union of Survey Companies was established through merging of Building Materials Surveying Company, and Survey Measurement Company under the Decision No.1187/BXD-TCCB issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 06 January 1996: Survey Consultation Company was established under the Decision No.17/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 19 March 1997: Renamed as Union of Survey and Construction Company under the Decision No. 166/BXD-TCLD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 11 May 2004: Transformed into Union of Survey and Construction One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.11/QD-BXD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 04 October 2004: Renamed as Union of Survey and Construction One-Member State-Owned Limited Company under the Decision No.1546/QD-BXD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 21 July 2006: Union of Survey and Construction One-Member State-Owned Limited Company was transferred from Ministry of Construction to  Vietnam National Construction Consultants Corporation for its management under the Decision No.1061/QD-BXD issued by Ministry of Construction;

- 26 September 2006: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.1190/QD-BXD on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Union of Survey and Construction One-Member State-Owned Limited Company into Union of Survey and Construction Joint Stock Company;

- 10 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with an offered quantity of 1,618,500 shares and average winning bid of VND10,111 per share;

- 31 December 2014: The shareholders'meeting was held for the first time;

- 15 October 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND55 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100107123 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 08 December 2016: Became a public company under the Decument No.8055/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 06 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
