- In 1981 - 1992: Renamed as Bentre Transportation Works Co;

- On October 6, 1992: Merged 3 units such as Ferry-boat Management Enterprise, Road Management Enterprises and Transportation Works Co into Bentre Road Management Co;

- On July 23, 1996: Separated  Ferry-boat Management Enterprise and renamed as Bentre Transportation Works Construction and Exploitation Co;

- On October 10, 2004: Separated water management enterprise to establish the water transportation management Enterprise under Bentre Transportation Department;

- On October 13, 2004: Merged Transportation Mechanical Co into Bentre Transportation Works Construction Co;

- On October 6, 2005: Changed to Bentre Transportation Works Construction JSC;

- On March 1, 2010: Offcially listed on the UPCoM.
