- May 1973: Dong Ha Food Department Store was established;

- 1974: Upgraded into Quang Tri Food Company;

- 1977: Dong Ha Trading Company was established;

- 1992: Quang Tri General Trading Company was established;

- January 1993: Quang Tri Trading Company was established through the merging of Dong Ha Trading Company and v Quang Tri General Trading Company;

- October 2006: Transformed into Quang Tri Trading One-Member Limited Company;

- 31 October 2014: Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2433/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming  Quang Tri Trading One-Member Limited Company in to a joint stock company;

- 06 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at a winning bid of VND10,006 per share;

- 31 December 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND75 billion;

- 16 November 2016: Became a public company;

- 06 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market; 

- 17 March 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND84 billion;
