- 11 November 1997: Tam Ky Urban Environment Company under the Decision 2132/QD-UB issued by Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee;

- 19 July 2000: Renamed as Quang Nam Urban Environment Company under the Decision No.2110/QD-UB issued by Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee;

- 04 May 2010: Transformed into Quang Nam Urban Environment One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.1449/QD-UBND issued by Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee;

- 12 October 2015: Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3709/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Quang Nam Urban Environment One-Member Limited Company in to Quang Nam Urban Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 05 January 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND68 billion;

- 01 April 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.1561/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 28 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
