- December 21, 2007: Mientrung Petroleum Construction Limited Company (PVC-MT) was set up on the basis of merging Dung Quat Oil Refinery Project Team and Mien Trung Machine Construction Factory with the initial charter capital of VND 50 billion;

- November 16, 2009: Changed to Mientrung Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND 150 billion;

- June 21, 2010: Traded on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

- June 24, 2014: Transferred to be listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
