- 15 November 2010: Renamed as Thai Binh Petrovietnam Oil Joint Stock Company;

- 01 April 2016: Divided into 02 companies, including Thai Binh Petrovietnam Oil Joint Stock Company (PV OIL Thai Binh) and Thai Binh Petroleum Services Joint Stock Company (Thái Bình PSC);

- 04 May 2017: Became a public company;

- 29 September 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
