- 16 May 2011: Nam Dinh Petroleum Products Trading Enterprise under PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) was established with an initial charter capital of VND15 billion under the Decision No.744/QD-HDQT issued by management board of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation (Now  Vietnam Oil and Gas Group);

- 19 March 2007: Transformed into Nam Dinh Petroleum Service One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.33/QD-DVKT issued by Management Board of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC);

- 01 July 2009: Nam Dinh Petroleum Service One-Member Limited Company was transferred from PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) into PetroVietnam Oil Corporation;

- 03 July 2009: Renamed as PetroVietnam Oil Nam Dinh One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No.1405/QD-DVN issued by PetroVietnam Oil Corporation;

- 15 November 2010: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish PetroVietnam Oil Nam Dinh Joint Stock Company;

- 30 November 2010: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of VND50 billion;

- 2014: Took over PETEC Petroleum Material Joint Stock Company (PETROMAT) for acquisition;

- 05 January 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND66,666,660,000;

- 06 January 2015: Became a public company;

- 20 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
