- 07 September 1999: Renamed as Vinh Phuc Water Supply Sewerage and Environmental Company No.2 under the Decision No.2163/QD-UB issued by Vinh Phu Provincial People's Committee;

- 10 March 2011: Vinh Phu Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.631/QD-UB on transforming Vinh Phuc Water Supply Sewerage and Environmental Company No.2 into Vinh Phuc Water Supply Joint Stock Company;
