- 08 March 2001: Nha Trang Urban Environmental Company was established through merging of Khanh Hoa Green Trees and Gardens Company and Nha Trang Public Services Company under the Decision No.746A/2001/QD-UB issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee;

- 29 June 2010: Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1695/QD-UBND on transforming Nha Trang Urban Environmental Company into Nha Trang Urban Environmental One-Member Limited Company;

- 17 July 2012: Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1721/QD-UBND on equitizing Nha Trang Urban Environmental One-Member Limited Company;

- 10 October 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 31 December 2014: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND60 billion;

- 25 August 2015: Became a public company;

- 20 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
