- March 02, 1989: The Enterprise of frozen exporting meat under Department of Agriculture and Silviculture of Ha Nam Ninh, forerunner of the company, was established.
- 2000: the company transformed to Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff and Agricultutal Products Processing Joint Stock Company with the charter capital of VND3.7 billion.
- December 2013: Increased charter capital to VND12.95 billion.
- February 2014: Increased charter capital to VND56.5 billion.
- September 12, 2014: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
- 2015: Increased charter capital to VND78.53 billion.
- November 11, 2019: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
