- 28 May 2009: Quang Binh Environment and Urban Development One-member Limited Company was established under the Decision No.1136/QD-UBCK issued by Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee; 

- 12 February 2015: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.453/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Quang Binh Environment and Urban Development One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 17 April 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 01 March 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter captial of VND36,756,750,000 under the business registration certificate No.3100488562 amended for the second time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 16 May 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.2712/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 08 November 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
