- 1975: MEINFA was originally established as Medical Equipment 2 Factory under the Ministry of Mechanics.

- 2001: MEINFA was equitized with charter capital of VND 21 billion.

- 2007: The company issued  210.000 bonus shares to increase its charter capital from VND 21 billion to VND 23.1 billion.

- 2008: The company increased its charter capital to VND29 billion by 224.641 dividend shares and 365.389 right issue and increased to VND29 billion.

- 2011: The company was listed on UPCOM with 2.9 million shares.

- Until Mar 2015: The company's chartered capital is VND37.55 billion.
