- 1993: Established Hanoi Branch and constructed Detergent Plant with a capacity of 5,000 tonnes per year in Yen Vien, Gia Lam, Hanoi;

- 1994: The Detergent Plant came into operation;

- 2003: Equitized and transformed into LIX Detergent Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND36 billion;

- 2005: Acquired Detergent Plant with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year located in Thuong Dinh, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi;

- 2008: Increased the charter capital to VND72 billion, established Binh Duong Branch and constructed LIX Binh Duong Detergent Plant with a capacity of 60,000 tonnes per year;

- August 2009: Charter capital was increased to VND90 billion;

- 10 December 2009: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 2011: LIX Binh Duong Detergent Plant came into operation. The Company purchased equipment and upgrade the capacity of Thu Duc Detergent Plant up from 90,000 tonnes to 120.000 tonnes per year;

- 2012: Charter capital was increased to VND108 billion;

- 2013: Charter capital was increased to VND216 billion;

- 15 August 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND324 billion;

- 30 December 2016: Inaugurated Bac Ninh LIX Branch and upgraded capacity of LIX Binh Duong Detergent Plant up to 90,000 tonnes per year;
