- 21 October 2016: Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2510/QD-UBND on approving the equitization plan of Thua Thien Hue Water Supply and Construction One-member Limited Company;

- 24 November 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hochiminh Stock Exchange with an average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;

- 31 December 2016: Transformed into Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND876 billion under the business registration certificate No.3300101491 issued by Thua Thien Hue Department of Planning and Investment;

- 27 July 2017: Became a public company under the document No.5490/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- 27 July 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
