- May 19, 1990: Hoang Thi Loan Knitting Company under Nghe An Department of Industry was established;

- July 2010: Hoang Thi Loan Knitting Company became a member of Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation (Now Vietnam Textile and Garment Group);

- September 24, 2004: Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Company was established through merging Vinh Yarn Factory Vinh under Hanoi Textile and Garment Company into Hoang Thi Loan Knitting Company;

- November 16, 2005: Transformed into Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company  under the Decision No.3795/QD-BCN issued by Ministry of Industry;

- January 18, 2006: Officially operated as a Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of VND16 billion.

- 2012: Approved to became a public company

- January 11, 2013: Increased charter capital to VND33.6 billion.

- December 27, 2019: Traded on UPCOM market.
